Fairness for Everyone
Each of us deserves a "fair chance" at succeeding in life.
Meaning:
This tenet falls at the midway point of the seven, meaning that it serves as a point of balance between the spiritual values of the first three and the concrete values of the second three.
The willingness to respect others as one’s equal (Freedom of Choice), the willingness to sincerely try to understand others (Inclusiveness), and the willingness to work with others towards collective betterment (Orderly Progression) all combine together to create an attitude of harmony in the working out of problems and the resolution of conflicts.
As a person progresses in life, they are provided with the opportunities and choices that will empower them to live their best possible life.

Quality:
Since this tenet provides an energetic link between the higher and lower expressions, it produces a sense of balance and beauty that could be thought of as “the art of living”.
The energy of Fairness transcends personal judgement and self-serving advantage. It advocates systems that give everyone a “fair chance” in life. It is by nature, more impersonal, a key quality in establishing what is fair.

Benefit:
When all people have a fair chance in life, there is less stress, less animosity, more harmony and more peace. A choice for Fairness implies the necessity for a rebalancing of the scales in karmic adjustment and a reorganization of humanity’s priorities.
Although this may be challenging initially, the reward is well worth the effort for it will result in the healing of Humanity’s self-esteem.
