Meaning:

All living beings desire to be respected and accepted for who and what they are. This tenet recognizes that we are ALL part of one great divine manifestation, where everyone and everything has its rightful place and purpose.

 

The ideal expression of this tenet is to include everyone and everything with a sense of loving understanding.

Quality:

The hallmark of Inclusiveness is an attitude of respect, acceptance, and appreciation for all that exists, without negativity. While this may seem like a tall order, it does not ask us to like everything, choose it for ourselves, or forego our personal opinions. It simply asks that in addition to our personal perspective, we rise to a higher attitude of willingness to respect and accept whatever exists, whatever it may be.

 

Inclusiveness is the truest expression of LOVE.
 

Benefit:

Inclusiveness creates a world where each of us can feel have our place and are a part of things. This fulfills the most fundamental human need to belong, and lifts us all. By challenging ourselves to accept that which we might otherwise reject, we embrace the opportunity to learn and grow and evolve.
