The Right to Constructive Boundaries
Healthy boundaries bring balance and
creative connection
Meaning:
Fundamentally, every human being has the divine right and power to interpret and create their own reality, and be responsible for that. However, since we live in societies with other human beings, we need to learn to merge our individual perspectives and activities into a collective expression. This is the great challenge of our times as we enter the new era.
This tenet encourages us to put boundaries in place that support and nurture ourselves and one another. They help to positively develop an individual, a group, and the broader plan. As we make choices for betterment, we listen more closely to ourselves and others, building respect for and understanding of what is important for our mutual well-being.
Quality:
Constructive boundaries are created through rhythmic, repeatable process. They bring order and organization to our lives, and create a supportive space in which to thrive. This new system of boundaries will enable people, groups, and governments to operate in ways they feel are right for them without harming others or the whole. It will come to define what “healthy relating” is in the new era.
The gradual building of more constructive boundaries will develop as we take fuller ownership of our choices and our lives. It will eventually lead to a new moral code enforced more by the laws of karma rather than the laws of man.
Benefit:
The goal of life is experience, not acquisition. Experience without limitation and experience with too much limitation can cause suffering. With constructive boundaries, we can find a healthy balance between freedoms and limitations. This, in turn, will eliminate our suffering and free our creativity.
Out of the balance created by healthy boundaries, a new medium of Beauty has the potential to emerge.
