This gentle breath meditation helps one focus on using the rhythm of their breath to enter a state of calm relaxation reducing the physical and mental stress encountered in our everyday life.


Breath meditation influences the body’s nervous system and its interactions with the various organs and glands of the body.

 

Breath meditation is believed to help reduce one’s heart rate and reduce the production of stress hormones.
